Argo data in the Norwegian Sea

A subset of Argo data in the Norwegian Sea is processed and archived here. Processing includes: the mean and seasonal cycle, objective maps of the time-varying fields, the absolute geostrophic velocity, and mean diffusivity. Details of the processing are in two JGR papers: doi: 10.1029/2025JC023877 and 10.1029/2024JC021990. A Matlab file includes the following structures with readmes. clusters has the results from the analysis along trajectories. coeff has the mean and seasonal cycle. mapemtm is the error and topography masked objective map.
