MATERIAL FREEZE AND HASH COMMITMENT All study instruments, scoring rules, protocol documents, and answer keys were finalized prior to participant data collection. These materials include: • ASO10 assessment form • ONC20 oncology assessment form • ICU20 immunology/ICU assessment form • scoring rubric / codebook • locked administration protocol • answer key (restricted scorer-only document) To preserve study blinding, these documents are not publicly released at preregistration time.
