CNC x Pulsar Timing Array Holonomy Witness - Multi-ephemeris & multi-pipeline loop-closure test on public PTA timing data (v1) - Preregistered Protocol

We preregister an analysis-only test of route-independence (“holonomy/loop closure”) across PTA timing pipelines and Solar System ephemerides. We implement CNC-style certified overlap on TOA events and compute commutator/loop defects per pulsar and in spatial correlation modes to localize sources of reported GWB pipeline tensions.
