Abstract

This paper demonstrates through calculation that two anomalies at completely different scales—(i) the non-linear pattern of jet fragmentation observed in LHC pp collisions (rapid transition and saturation of the K/π ratio) and (ii) the Δv∞ velocity anomaly reported in Earth flybys—both originate from a single response law in which space itself acts as a "non-Newtonian physical medium" that changes state according to the magnitude of the stimulus. In the micro-scale (jet) domain, the "sealing/confinement" occupancy of the spatial medium is given as a logistic-type spatial response function, and the observable (K/π) is closed as a linear mixture of two mechanical states (fluid phase and confined phase). This minimal equation provides a precise error comparison satisfying |Diff| < σ at all points for 13 TeV data. Furthermore, using the decrease in N_crit as √s increases under the same constants (r₀, r_max, n fixed), the curve shift ("early enhancement") at 13.6 TeV and 14 TeV is presented as a prediction table.
