The Use of Theory in Mind-Body Interventions for Health and Well-Being in Young Adults: A Scoping Review
Abstract
Following PRISMA-ScR guidelines, this exploratory scoping review aims to identify and descriptively examine the theories underpinning MBIs targeting non-clinical young adults. Consistent with the objectives of scoping reviews, this study is not hypothesis-driven, but instead seeks to map how theory is applied within MBIs and to examine whether and how developmental considerations are integrated.
