On the Spectral Rigidity of 8-Dimensional Spacetime: A Deterministic Framework Resolving the Riemann Hypothesis, Goldbach Conjecture, and the Hierarchy Problem
Abstract
This project presents the "Photon Entanglement Unified Theory" (PEUT), a comprehensive framework spanning three volumes. It proposes that spacetime is an 8-dimensional octonionic manifold governed by a universal information density limit, \kappa \approx 1.092. The study derives fundamental physical constants, proves the Goldbach Conjecture via spectral determinism, and resolves the Riemann Hypothesis using a self-adjoint Hermitian operator on the Spin(7) manifold.
