( RH ) Structural Closure of the Riemann Hypothesis via Structural Variance Control
Abstract
This project presents a structural analysis of the Riemann Hypothesis using the framework of Structural Variance Control (SVC). Instead of pursuing a conventional analytic proof aimed at excluding off–critical zeros through increasingly refined estimates, the work reframes the Riemann Hypothesis as a problem of structural admissibility. By examining the defining constraints of the Riemann zeta function—analytic continuation, functional equation symmetry, Euler product locality, and global spectral coherence—the project investigates whether any internally consistent structural deformation can support zeros off the critical line. The analysis demonstrates that such deformations collapse under global enforcement, indicating that the critical line is not an imposed condition but a structurally closed outcome.
