Design and Fabrication of 3D-Printed Seminiferous Tubule-Like Constructs Based on Polycaprolactone–Decellularized Extracellular Matrix and Evaluation of Testicular Cell Viability
Abstract
Male infertility is frequently associated with damage to the seminiferous tubules. This project aims to design and fabricate 3D-printed seminiferous tubule-like constructs using a polycaprolactone–decellularized extracellular matrix composite and to evaluate the viability of testicular cells cultured on these constructs in vitro.
