Abstract

This project examines the associations between everyday activity environments and psychological resilience among university students, with a focus on embodied experience as a stress-related adaptive resource. Using a cross-sectional survey design, the study explores how different daily activity patterns are associated with resilience-related cognitive and emotional processes. The analyses are exploratory in nature and do not make causal claims. The project is intended to support transparency and reproducibility in stress and health research. The shared materials represent the minimum dataset and documentation necessary to replicate the reported analyses.
