Abstract

This study describes the process of judicial review conducted by the Supreme Court of Israel and examines, through an online survey experiment, how perceptions of procedural fairness influence public support for the Court’s decision. In addition, the study analyzes how individuals’ ideological orientations, demographic attributes, and prior attitudes toward judicial reform affect their perceptions of fairness. The findings will contribute to understanding the importance of procedural aspects for the legitimacy of judicial decision-making.
