Abstract

Empirical test of QLL induction constants using the NEAR Shoemaker Earth flyby. Validates predictions from the Inductive Master Equation and Chronetic Rate framework. The 2026 Addendum refines Class I/II boundaries and has a reserved DOI pending Zenodo publication.
