Master's thesis: Tired and exhausted: Examining the relationship between stress, sleep quality and fatigue using a vector autoregressive model
Abstract
This master's thesis investigates associations between stress, sleep quality, and fatigue in intensive longitudinal data using dynamic structural equation modeling. Overarching research questions: - How are stress and fatigue associated across time? - How stable are stress and fatigue within a day? - How strongly do participants differ in stress and fatigue? - How does sleep quality impact associations between stress and fatigue? Potential associations with positive and negative affects and interaction effects are explored.
