Abstract

This study examines whether asset position conditions how individuals align with competing policy priorities—industrial support versus regulation—under technological transformation. The central question is: Does asset position moderate the effect of AI framing on policy priority between industrial support and regulation? The study focuses on conditional alignment rather than long-term political realignment.
