Abstract

This project contains the materials, protocol, and structured synthesis for the scoping review titled Artificial Intelligence for Water Security under Climate Extremes (2020–2026). The review systematically maps modeling paradigms, predictive performance metrics, validation strategies, hybridization approaches, uncertainty treatment, and governance integration across 56 peer-reviewed studies. The registration follows PRISMA-ScR guidelines and aims to enhance transparency, reproducibility, and methodological rigor in AI-driven hydrological forecasting research.
