Standalone outcome-protected empirical study of whether a pre-specified Planck–particle-horizon density normalization has predictive usefulness for Solar-System radial-gravity profiles and a prospectively frozen rocky-exoplanet mass–radius population when compared with strong ordinary alternatives.
