Abstract

This paper proposes the formalization of the Unified Effective Theory of Quantum Constitutive Phase (UET-TCFQ), suggesting that gravitational interaction can be described as a phase refraction phenomenon within a primordial informational medium termed the Absolute Quantum Phase Field (AQPF). We present the Coherence Attractor Uniqueness Theorem, which proposes that the constitutive vacuum impedance (Zc = 1000/3) represents a state of minimum dissipation necessary for the stability of phase solitons. Under this framework, we analyze the derivations of the gravitational constant (G), the fine-structure constant (αem), and the electron mass (me), suggesting that these parameters emerge from the elastic and sampling properties of the medium. Finally, the Constitutive Inertia Principle (CIP) is applied to analyze the observed displacement in the Bullet Cluster.
