Two-Tier Steady-State Cosmology and the Discovery of a Universal Scaling Law: QIC-S Theory Ver 9.2
Abstract
Discovery of a Universal Scaling Law (D eff ∝R 1.38 ) connecting Galactic Dynamics to the Cosmic Web. This repository hosts the full implementation of QIC-S Theory Ver 9.1, a framework proposing a "Two-Tier Steady-State Cosmology." It includes the full paper, Python verification codes, and rigorous statistical analysis of 170 SPARC galaxies. The results demonstrate a zero-parameter universality class (R 2 =0.920) linking galactic rotation to cosmic filaments, offering a definitive alternative to Dark Matter based on thermodynamic order.
