Transational Perspectives of Dental Stem Cells Derived Exosome for Alveolar Bone Regeneration : A Systematic Review for Preclinical Evidence
Abstract
This systematic aim to investigate the mechanisms and translational perspectives of dental stem cell–derived exosomes for several cases related to alveolar bone regeneration in clinical setting. By synthesizing preclinical in vitro and animal studies (In vivo), this review will evaluate osteogenic outcomes, molecular signaling pathways, and therapeutic delivery strategies by measuring several markers. This study Emphasize on the clinical relevance and further clinical application of dental exosome-based regenerative therapy. The review will adhere to PRISMA 2020 standards to ensure methodological transparency and reproducibility.
