Abstract

Document Q1 develops a structural reconstruction of the quantum mechanical formalism within the framework of the Invariant Core Theory (ICT). Starting from the ICT notions of consistent states, minimal closures, and invariant cores, the document shows how linear state representation, projection operators, probabilistic weights, quadratic norm structure, and unitary time representations arise as necessary consequences of representational consistency conditions. Probability is not introduced as an ontological primitive but emerges as the only consistent interpretative reading of normalized representational weights when predictive use is required. The quadratic norm (Born-type structure) follows from invariance and additivity requirements under admissible representation changes. The document does not propose a modification of quantum mechanics but situates it as a regime-dependent representation form within ICT. Conditions for its validity and structural failure (e.g., non-factorizable composition or saturation regimes) are explicitly identified. The formal basis is provided by Document D4 (structural definitions) and Document D12 (measure-theoretic foundation). This document was developed with methodological support from advanced language-model assistance, while all conceptual responsibility remains with the author.
