Abstract

The Newen Quantum Observer Theory (NQOT) is a working paper series produced by the Vilu Institute (Vilu International LLC), exploring quantum mechanical correlates of consciousness, the Zero-Point Field as pan-ancestral substrate, and observer-differentiated approaches to quantum collapse. The series extends and complements the Penrose-Hameroff Orchestrated Objective Reduction (Orch OR) framework by introducing observer differentiation through the Observer Coherence Operator and transgenerational coupling through the Ancestral Coupling Hamiltonian. Papers in this series are deposited on Zenodo with registered DOIs and mirrored here on OSF for cross-platform academic accessibility. The research program follows Lakatosian methodology: a hard core of foundational commitments (Newen, Küpan, ZPF substrate) is developed through a protective belt of operational predictions that evolve with empirical evidence.
