Abstract

This paper presents Angular Theory (∆R1), a background-independent framework in which relational structure is not assumed but generated by a discrete topological grammar. Starting from a minimal alphabet of site states and two primal operators — BAL (balance/relaxation) and ODD (transport) — the dynamics operates without real numbers, continuous variables, or external parameters, under strictly internal angular constraints. We show that a monotonic coherence law (C₂) enforces stabilization and guarantees finite-time convergence toward admissible stable configurations. The result is a self-contained syntax through which coherence and organization emerge from purely informational rules.
