Procedurally Gated Knowledge Artifacts (PGKA): A Structural Reclassification of the Voynich Manuscript
Abstract
This preprint introduces Procedurally Gated Knowledge Artifacts (PGKAs), a formal analytical framework for identifying non-linguistic, unreadable systems governed by state transitions and execution constraints rather than semantic encoding. The framework is applied to the Voynich Manuscript through folio adjacency testing, illegality detection, and comparative manuscript analysis. The results demonstrate that the manuscript behaves as a procedurally constrained system rather than an encrypted or meaningless text. The PGKA framework is designed to be reusable and falsifiable, enabling application to other anomalous or ritualized artifacts.
