Abstract

This scoping review aims to systematically map the factors influencing nurses' confident professional behaviors in clinical practice. Using the PRISMA-ScR framework, we will search databases including PubMed、CINAHL、Web of Science、Embase、Scopus, CNKI, VIP and Wanfang for studies published between 2015–2025. Eligible studies will be screened based on predefined inclusion criteria, and data will be extracted on individual (e.g., self-efficacy), organizational (e.g., leadership support), and environmental (e.g., workload) factors. The review will synthesize findings to identify research gaps and provide evidence for targeted interventions to enhance nurses' professional confidence and clinical performance.
