Objectives

i. To identify and catalogue all preclinical/experimental models used to study febrile neutropenia, cancer-associated hypercalcemia, tumor lysis syndrome, malignant spinal cord compression, and superior vena cava syndrome. ii. To describe the methods used to induce these emergencies, their pathophysiological mechanisms, and outcome measures. iii. To map interventions tested and their reported effects. iv To identify evidence gaps and areas for model refinement
