Abstract

The psychometric properties of the Utrecht Management of Identity Commitment Scale (U-MICS) and the Awareness of Narrative Identity Questionnaire (ANIQ) will be investigated. This will be done using Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA). Additionally, gender differences will be investigated in identity development and awareness of narrative identity. This will be analysed, using the U-MICS and the ANIQ. The correlation between Identity development and Awareness of narrative identity will be investigated, as well as if gender plays a role in this effect.
