DESI DR1 ShapeFit+BAO growth ratios: a compressed-likelihood constraint on the GCV growth-response amplitude (epsilon) - v2.0.0
Abstract
OSF mirror of the Zenodo record “DESI DR1 ShapeFit+BAO growth-ratio likelihood constraints on the GCV response sector” (v2.0.0, Zenodo DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.18514836). This release presents a likelihood-level constraint on a minimal, excitation-only late-time growth-response deformation around the GR-exact branch of the Gauged Constant Vacuum-Mode (GCV) framework. Using the public DESI DR1 Full-Shape ShapeFit+BAO growth-ratio compression in six redshift bins, we construct a one-parameter likelihood for the response amplitude epsilon defined by A(z) = (f sigma8)_th / (f sigma8)_ref = 1 + epsilon g(z), with fixed, UV-calibrated response shapes g(z). The background expansion is held fixed to the GR-exact LCDM branch, with no refit of geometry or dark-energy parameters. No statistically significant preference for epsilon different from zero is found; illustrative UV-motivated benchmark amplitudes remain consistent with the data. Files in this component are bit-identical to the Zenodo v2.0.0 release. File integrity is documented via SHA256 checksums.
