HEALTH TECHNOLOGIES IN CARE AND ORGANIZATIONAL PROCESSES IN URGENT AND EMERGENCY MOBILE CARE SERVICES: SCOPING REVIEW PROTOCOL
Abstract
This scoping review aims to map health technologies developed and used to support care and organizational processes in emergency and urgent care services. The review will identify the types, characteristics, purposes, and applications of these technologies, as well as gaps in the available evidence. The review will follow the Joanna Briggs Institute (JBI) methodology and will be reported according to the PRISMA-ScR guidelines. Searches will be conducted in PubMed/MEDLINE, Scopus, Web of Science, Embase, CINAHL, LILACS, and the CAPES Journals Portal.
