Abstract

This laboratory-based cross-sectional study assessed the nutritional profile of released and pre-released cowpea and soybean varieties in Zambia. It examined variation in key macro- and micronutrients relevant to human nutrition and complementary feeding. The findings provide evidence to inform crop selection, food systems strategies, and nutrition-sensitive agriculture.
