xAPI enabled Quality Assurance Servicescape in Higher Education: A Systematic Scoping Review (1992-2026)

This scoping review systematically maps the peer-reviewed literature at the intersection of three domains: servicescape/e-servicescape frameworks, Experience API (xAPI) instrumentation, and quality assurance/ accreditation in higher education institutions. The review aims to quantify and document whether explicit integration of these three concepts exists in the scholarly literature from 1992 (Bitner's seminal servicescape work) to 2026.
