Abstract

This project presents Uneducation with PhDs, a philosophical and phenomenological inquiry into the psychological and structural effects of modern education. Rather than evaluating education as a policy system or institutional failure, the work examines education as a conditioning process that reshapes intelligence, morality, creativity, and obedience. The text analyzes how formal education prioritizes memorisation, authority, and compliance over direct perception, understanding, and independent inquiry. It explores the transformation of learning into credentialism, the role of teaching in producing psychological dependence, and the ways higher academic qualifications often coincide with intellectual narrowing rather than deepened insight. This work is diagnostic rather than prescriptive. It does not propose reforms, pedagogical models, or alternative institutions. Instead, it seeks to make visible the largely unquestioned assumptions that structure education, expertise, morality, and academic authority. The project engages themes from philosophy of education, phenomenology, social theory, and political philosophy while remaining independent of disciplinary allegiance. The materials hosted here are intended for critical examination, open discussion, and long-term scholarly reference.
