Abstract

The Recto/Verso Method™ introduces a two-page writing structure that separates phenomenological description (verso) from cognitive reflection (recto). This paper formalizes the temporal and epistemic distinction between appearance and interpretation by providing a disciplined layout that keeps descriptive and analytical modes distinct. Within Somatic & Physical Literacy™, the method supports clarity, attention training, and the ethical separation of what shows itself from what is made of it. The framework contributes to phenomenological writing, somatic studies, literary methodology, and attention theory. This registration archives the finalized version of the method for scholarly use and citation.
