Statistical Approaches to Predicting Individual Response to rTMS After Stroke: A Scoping Review
Abstract
The aim of this scoping review is to systematically map the statistical methods used to identify candidate predictors of individual rTMS response after stroke, to highlight analytic approaches that are appropriate for prediction, and to assess whether used predictive models are adequately evaluated and validated. This appraisal will allow to clarify which reported predictors can be considered robust and clinically meaningful, and inform methodological recommendations for future biomarker research in post-stroke rehabilitation.
