Intervenções do Enfermeiro de Família promotoras da Adaptação à Parentalidade em Famílias no Nascimento do Segundo ou Mais Filhos: Scoping Review
Abstract
This protocol outlines a JBI-compliant scoping review examining family nurse interventions that facilitate parental adaptation following the birth of second or subsequent children in primary healthcare contexts. Recognizing that additional births challenge family system equilibrium—straining conjugal subsystems, requiring attention redistribution, and triggering firstborn regressions—this review will systematically map existing evidence on interventions addressing these normative transitions. A comprehensive three-stage search across eight databases plus grey literature will identify quantitative, qualitative, and mixed-methods studies involving parents aged nineteen and above experiencing subsequent parenthood. Following PRISMA-ScR reporting standards, two independent reviewers will screen, extract, and thematically categorize eligible studies encompassing community health, home visiting, and nursing consultation settings. Findings will elucidate intervention typologies, effectiveness patterns, and knowledge gaps, ultimately informing evidence-based family nursing practice during this critical transitional period.
