The Neural Correlates of Visual Discomfort in the General Population
Abstract
This project investigates how visual discomfort relates to neural excitability and contrast gain control in the general population. We will measure discomfort ratings and steady-state visual evoked potential (SSVEP) amplitude in response to visual stimuli, as well as questionnaire-based measures of trait-based discomfort and autistic-like traits.
