The Higgs–QCD Sluice: A Proposal to Avert the Big Rip and big bang singularity
Abstract
Abstract: We propose the Higgs–QCD Sluice, a compact conceptual mechanism in which a curvature-dependent Higgs effective mass together with curvature-enhanced QCD parton production convert phantom/vacuum energy into a relativistic quark– gluon plasma (QGP). The produced QGP supplies positive pressure that can act as a dynamical backreaction, potentially arresting a phantom-driven Big Rip and producing a finite, nonsingular bounce under specified conditions. We present the physical picture, list the minimal phenomenological equations that fix the proposal, discuss plausibility and limitations, and outline the microscopic calculations and numerical program required to test viability
