A Unified Constitutional Architecture for Human Protection in EGI

This work is a continuation of ongoing project EGI(EPOCH Governed Intelligence) This work defines a Vision & unified, multi-layer constitutional architecture(kernel-0) that renders unauthorized human-impacting execution structurally impossible in artificial intelligence systems and Pressure Accounting Layer(PAL). Safety is enforced by authority nullification, jurisdictional boundaries, and production-grade governance—not by alignment, ethics, or behavioral control.
