SPEECH PROJECT, THE POWER OF THE WORD TOWARDS THE RESCUE OF TALENTS AND THE DEVELOPMENT OF COMMUNICATION SKILLS
Abstract
INTRODUCTION The aim is to motivate the students of the San Bernardo educational institution, so that they believe in their capacities (intellectual and personal), apply their knowledge without fear, see the teacher not as an ogre, nor as a being who only goes to the classrooms to scold or transmit content to then be "recited" without taking into account the dimensions of human development, but as that person who accompanies them in a process of intellectual, ethical, moral and humanistic formation. The development of cognitive and attitudinal competencies, as well as education by processes, are pillars that will support the project. Intelligent and critical reading; respectful dialogue through the mastery of the word in discursive practice and the study of cases, will be reflected in the different activities it contemplates. The design and application of workshops or other activities that develop orality and self-esteem, in the school environment; are also an important part in the different moments, which students, teachers, parents and other people committed to it will experience during its execution. It is expected to form responsible, respectful, capable and self-confident people when interacting with leadership and autonomy when necessary; they share their knowledge and expand it more and more when interacting with their peers inside and outside the institution; they take part in pedagogical and scientific events, organized by the institution or that they are invited to participate in. The evaluation process is strengthened in the same way, since the pedagogical work to be implemented here urges the student, the teacher and the parent, to review each day the progress and difficulties encountered in the development of the pedagogical process.
