PRRICCE: Foundational Theory and Epistemology
Abstract
This registration archives the PRRICCE specifications document — a detailed elaboration of the PRRICCE framework as the minimal substrate-agnostic physical law governing persistent intelligent systems. PRRICCE integrates three immutable cores (Probability with fat-tailed distributions, Instinct as irreducible reward-seeking drive, Entropy as perpetual thermodynamic tax) to describe the recurrent dynamics of emergence, stabilization, crisis, collapse, and recrystallization in any reward-seeking system under finite energy and the Second Law. The document defines key concepts, emergent properties, attractors, and applications across biological, social, technological, and cosmic scales. It emphasizes PRRICCE as a discovery of physics already operating on intelligence, not a constructed model.
