Abstract

This project hosts the foundational whitepaper of NEUROBAQI LABS, formalizing the new academic and technical discipline of Cognitive Safety Systems (CSS). It introduces a deterministic architectural framework for Algorithmic Sovereignty, designed to mitigate human biological errors in high-stakes environments. This work builds upon the retrospective success of the SHAFIMED pilot study (DOI: 10.17605/OSF.IO/4T3PF), establishing the theoretical and ethical pillars for autonomous logic-shielding.
