Experiment 10C GBM Pre-Registration: RADX mRNA / RAD51 Protein Ratio vs Progression-Free Interval in Glioblastoma

Amendment to Experiment 6b Pre-Registration V1.0 (OSF registered March 22, 2026). The original Experiment 6b pre-registration committed the R_Zircon/R_Hafnon ratio (2.0-2.4x, corrected from ADD-046) before physical irradiation of mineral substrates. The original document did not commit a specific numerical value for R_Reidite/R_Zircon — the ratio comparing the Tier 1A primary template (reidite, c/2 = 5.253 Å, ~3% mismatch with RecA 5.1 Å axial rise) against the Tier 1B secondary template (bulk zircon, 17.3% mismatch). This amendment pre-registers that gap: R_Reidite/R_Zircon = 1.3x to 3.0x for RecA filament nucleation rate at equal Co-60 dose. Kill point: R_Reidite/R_Zircon
