Body Protection Compound-157 (BPC-157) and Tissue Wound Healing

A scoping review was conducted following the Arksey and O’Malley framework and reported per PRISMA-ScR guidelines. PubMed was searched using the terms “BPC-157” AND “wound healing” from database inception to February 2026. Studies reporting on BPC-157’s effects on any tissue healing outcome were included. Data were extracted and charted by tissue type, study design, animal model, route of administration, proposed mechanism, and key findings.
