Abstract

GrowMind is a digital prevention program in the field of stress and resource management according to §20 SGB V (German Social Code). The aim of the program is to improve stress management competencies, self-efficacy, and the development of health-promoting routines in everyday life. The program is based on evidence-based psychological approaches including self-regulation, behavior change techniques, and reflective coaching impulses. Participants use a structured digital platform that combines habit tracking, reflection exercises, and educational content. The evaluation follows an 8-week single-group pre-post design. The primary outcome is self-efficacy. Secondary outcomes include perceived stress, psychological well-being, and routine stability. The program is fully digital, low-threshold, and designed for adults without acute psychological crisis.
