SHAFIMED Dossier 2: Global Clinical Validation, Algorithmic Sovereignty, and Cognitive Interlocks Against Systemic Failure
Abstract
This independent research dossier documents the global validation phase of the SHAFIMED architecture, transitioning from localized clinical proof-of-concept to universal systemic deconstruction. By performing a retrospective forensic analysis of the landmark Vanderbilt University Medical Center (RaDonda Vaught) medication crisis, this work demonstrates how "Cognitive Interlocks" and "Zero-Data Determinism" can neutralize lethal LASA (Look-Alike Sound-Alike) errors where multi-billion dollar Health Information Systems (HIS) fail due to Alert Fatigue. Furthermore, the dossier introduces the ethical and technical doctrine of "Algorithmic Sovereignty" as a direct response to "Administrative Time Assassination." It uses the researcher’s personal experience with systemic "Format Rigidity" (DBSKR/ESKR Case) to advocate for the transfer of final veto power from fallible bureaucracy to deterministic logic. Part of the NEUROBAQI LABS framework, this dossier serves as a manifesto for the newly established discipline of Cognitive Safety Systems (CSS).
