This revised manuscript accompanies the journal revision. It presents the SPECTRA Evidence Stack, a rule-specified, neuroaffirmative framework for integrating multi-source evidence in adult neurodivergence assessment, together with a formative synthetic stress test of rule behavior. It does not claim diagnostic accuracy, clinical effectiveness, or real-world validation.
