A Randomised Trial Comparing Self-Guided Expressive Writing and Meditation for Enhancing Mental Health in University Students
Abstract
This study compares the adherence and effectiveness of two self-directed mindfulness interventions, expressive writing and meditation, on mental health and affect outcomes over four weeks.
