AI-based chatbots in adult nutrition-related weight management: a scoping review of use, safety, and equity
Abstract
The objective of this scoping review is to map how artificial intelligence (AI) based chatbots are used in nutrition weight management in adults, as well as identify and synthesise evidence on equity, safety and accessibility, with a particular focus on culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) individuals (however not a requirement for eligibility criteria). Due to the youth of AI technologies, it is expected that this scoping review will yield results from a limited number of studies.
