What does rehabilitation for chronic low back pain via real-time videoconferencing look like in randomised clinical trials?
Abstract
Chronic low back pain (CLBP) is the leading cause of disability worldwide and places a significant burden on individuals and healthcare systems. Real-time videoconferencing is increasingly used to deliver rehabilitation for CLBP, offering improved access to care where face-to-face services are limited. This scoping review aims to map how real-time videoconferencing interventions for adults with CLBP are designed, delivered, and reported in randomised controlled trials, including the types of interventions used, comparators, outcomes measured, and participant characteristics.
