Pharmacological treatment patterns in patients with atopic dermatitis: a nationwide cohort study
Abstract
According to European guidelines, biologics and Janus kinase inhibitors (JAKi) are considered equivalent treatment options for severe atopic dermatitis (AD). On the other hand, safety signals associated with JAKi have led to restrictions on their use in patients with risk factors. In this context, we want to describe treatments patterns in real-world practice and understand which patient characteristics influence therapeutic choice.
