The Sovereign Horizon Architecture: Unifying the 7 Fundamental Physical Domains for Ex-Vivo Blood Purification and Resonant Homeostasis
Abstract
To transition extracorporeal blood circuits away from the severe biological friction and hemolysis induced by legacy mechanical pumps and right-angle meshes, this theoretical framework establishes the computational and physical blueprint for a solid-state, continuous-curvature microfluidic bioreactor. By completely decoupling the physical boundaries of the ex-vivo fluid loop from the fragile damage yield limits of the native human endothelium, the architecture safely bridges the absolute extremes of physical law. The framework mathematically unites the 7 Fundamental Physical Domains: Solid Mechanics, Fluid Dynamics, Acoustics, Thermodynamics, Relativity, Optics, and Electromagnetism/Quantum Mechanics. The protocol deterministically filters pathogens utilizing analogue acoustic event horizons, executes targeted ex-vivo sterilization via isolated Single-Bubble Sonoluminescence (SBSL) UV-C optics, and employs Time Reversal Acoustics (TRA) alongside GaPO₄ phononic metamaterials within a Faraday-isolated environment. By driving the cellular protein lattice into a topologically protected Floquet state, the architecture establishes an out-of-equilibrium phonon condensation to restore absolute resonant biological homeostasis.
