Abstract

The goal of this research study is to evaluate the effectiveness of Kaiser Permanente Washington (KPWA)’s implementation of population-based teen suicide prevention, which includes confidential care for adolescents. The study will assess if this model increases key components of suicide prevention, such as suicide risk screening and safety planning, and reduces suicide-related events. Secondarily, to inform future implementation, we will assess implementation barriers, facilitators, and costs.
